About Eric D. Mingo
Eric Mingo is the founder of Eric D. Mingo Consulting, LLC and has over a decade of experience in creating high-performing departments and programming that has led to inclusive cultures that stimulated staff engagement and enhanced student safety and belonging.
Prior to creating Eric D. Mingo Consulting, LLC, Eric was a teacher, senior school, and served as a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Eric’s skill set of initiative development and design in addition to being able to effectively lead teams have been vital to his success. Eric has served as a school board member and a WASC co-chair to support the accreditation process.
Eric earned his B.A. and M.A. from the University of New York at Buffalo and has received multiple certifications in Managing with Impact, Facilitative Leadership, and Educational Equity and Leadership.
